Once you have completed checkout, you will be directed to a completed order page with details of your order and provided with an order reference number.

We will send you an automated email with your order details. Please keep this email for your records, or for if you need to contact us. Be sure to check your spam or junk email folder if you do not receive this email. If it is not in your spam or junk folder, please contact us immediately.

If payment has been received through Paypal, we’ll begin processing your order on the same business day of your order otherwise as soon as your payment is cleared. You will receive an automated email to notify you of this.

We will now begin to pick the items from your order. If there are any issues about your order that need to be resolved we will contact you.

All items are evaluated to determine the best method of packing and shipping. Each item is wrapped accordingly using suitable shipping material to maintain protection and restrict movement. Instructions accompany specialty packed items to alert the recipient of the safest method to unpack the item.

You will receive an automated email once your order has been collected for delivery. This will be the final automated email. If using a courier service you will receive tracking details with which you can monitor the progress of the delivery online through the courier's website.

Depending on the delivery method chosen and your delivery address, you can expect to receive your order either within 4 business days (for EMS and Express Mail International), or within 10-14 business days (for Registered Mail). Please note that deliveries to countries other than Western Europe and North America may take longer to arrive with all delivery services.
