A beautiful poster, realized by Oge in 1892, to advertise elixir for youth prolongation "Prolongation L'Elixir". A bearded man is giving an old man a glass of that elixir and pointing his hand to a foggy image of a working woman. This poster is featured in the book "Eugène Ogé Affichiste" (1998) on p. 77. Eugène Ogé (1861-1936) was a French poster artist with a unique and playful style. In 1902. he produced one of the best-known anticlerical images of its period La Lanterne. He also made a large number of commercial posters for products. (Wiki)
