A whimsical poster commissioned by the Loterie Nationale (French national lottery) created in 1933 and realized by Derouet and Lesacq in 1939 in connection with the 10th drawing of the National Lottery. This drawing took place with an emphasis on the Eiffel Tower, Paris ubiquitous symbol and is typical of the artists´ sense of humour. What with the tower cheerfully dancing above the Seine River!
